Choosing a Pet Photographer
Before settling on a pet photographer, make sure that the photographer and your animal get along. The mood of your pet and how they react to the camera greatly depends on the relationship between the animal and the photographer. Make sure your photographer is at ease around your pet, offers a relaxing/calming area for the photographs. it's often better for the pet to be on neutral territory as to not be aggressive toward the photographer.
